 HR Maven Collective was built out of purpose, people, and real experience in the trenches. I didn’t start in HR — I started in the heart of it all, as a youth therapist. I’ve sat across from people navigating trauma, crisis, and survival. That’s where I learned the power of systems that actually support people — not just paperwork.

Over the years, I transitioned from direct service to building the kind of HR that centers humans and keeps organizations solid.  HR Maven Collective was born to fill that gap — for nonprofits, grassroots orgs, mental health providers, creatives, and start-ups that care about their people but still have to keep their operations tight.

We specialize in compliance with compassion, structure with soul, and policies that actually work. From helping founders scale up with clarity to guiding nonprofit teams through hiring, onboarding, and audits — we’ve been there.
