With over 8 years of hands-on HR experience across nonprofits, startups, tech and health-focused organizations, Teresa brings both sharp insight and grounded leadership to every engagement. Her background in psychology (M.S., 2014) and Human Resource Management (MBA, 2023) gives her a rare dual perspective: one that understands people and systems in equal measure.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri and now based in Los Angeles, Teresa combines her Midwest roots with West Coast vision. She leads with warmth, clarity, and a deep commitment to building HR frameworks that actually work — for the business and the humans inside it.
